Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Meraki Hair and Beauté, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our team and prevent other clients from booking. For this reason, the following policy is strictly enforced.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will forfeit their deposit.

  • Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may have the deposit transferred to a future booking.

Online Bookings

  • All online bookings require a 20% deposit at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

  • Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment if adequate notice is given.

  • Clients who cancel late or fail to attend appointments may be required to pay a deposit for all future bookings.

No-Show Appointments

A no-show is defined as failing to attend a confirmed appointment without notice.

  • We reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled service fee for no-show appointments.

  • Failure to pay a no-show fee may result in refusal of future bookings.

  • Repeat no-shows will require full prepayment or a deposit for any future appointments.

Late Arrivals

  • Appointments are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled start time.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or being treated as a no-show.

  • Late arrivals may still incur charges or deposit forfeiture.
