Cancellation Policy
At Meraki Hair and Beauté, we understand that life happens and plans can change. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Online Bookings
All online bookings require a 20% deposit at the time of booking.
If you reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will automatically transfer to your new appointment.
If you cancel your appointment, the deposit will be credited to your client account for future use.
If you would prefer a refund instead of account credit, please contact the salon directly to request this.
Phone Bookings
Appointments booked over the phone do not require a deposit. However, clients who repeatedly cancel or fail to attend appointments may be asked to pay a deposit when booking future services.
No-Show Appointments
We reserve the right to apply a fee or require a deposit for future bookings if you do not attend your appointment without notice. No-shows significantly impact our team and other clients waiting for appointments, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Late Arrivals
To ensure we can provide the best possible service for all clients, appointments are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled start time.
If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service.
In some cases, this may be treated as a no-show, and a deposit may be required for future bookings.
