Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Meraki Hair and Beauté, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our team and prevent other clients from booking. For this reason, the following policy is strictly enforced.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will forfeit their deposit.
Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may have the deposit transferred to a future booking.
Online Bookings
All online bookings require a 20% deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment if adequate notice is given.
Clients who cancel late or fail to attend appointments may be required to pay a deposit for all future bookings.
No-Show Appointments
A no-show is defined as failing to attend a confirmed appointment without notice.
We reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled service fee for no-show appointments.
Failure to pay a no-show fee may result in refusal of future bookings.
Repeat no-shows will require full prepayment or a deposit for any future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Appointments are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled start time.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or being treated as a no-show.
Late arrivals may still incur charges or deposit forfeiture.
